Youths who exercise are going to be healthier compared to kids that don’t. That is just the facts… But it also builds habits and mental strength for when you are older. When you go through hard workouts or games as younger you build memory, so that when you are older you know you can get through a workout or a hard day at work even. There are so many reasons from releasing endorphin’s, building confidence, being encouraged by people, being a part of something.
Setting good habits for life
Life happens fast for all of us. So before we know it the next chapter of our lives already came and went. So having good habits from a young age help us forever. Not only because we know we have done it before, but also we have triggered those good habits of thinking. The cool thing is if you are already 16 years old you have a high chance of having those habits set. That’s why it’s so important to be taught the importance at a young age of 7-10, because those are the ages you believe everything you hear. So by the time you are about done with high school and into college you have set those habits for life.
